| Description: | Tightened anchor bolt (loose in hole). These are both in a roof with 5/8 head plated bolts. These may loosen again. - Removed manky aluminum anchor carabiners and added Climb Tech Mussy hooks. - Tightened all bolts -- most were under torqued. These were 9/16 head plated bolts. |
